This award recognises the outstanding airport based retailer (both solo operations and group retailers) on the island of Ireland. Judges will be looking for evidence of business growth and innovation. Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission; the judges will be looking for clear information, backed up by evidence, that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.
Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.
- Brief description of the retail unit(s): Please provide a brief description of the retail unit(s) such as products offered, footfall, number of sites in Ireland and an indication of turnover over the past three years.
- Activities that Contributed to the Growth of the Company: How have specific and significant activities contributed to the growth of the company?
- Innovative Retail Concepts: Innovative retail concepts introduced or utilised
- Initiatives Taken: Outline specific initiatives taken to ensure excellence in customer service
- Evidence of Good Working Relationship: Can you demonstrate a good working relationship with relevant authorities?
