Aer Lingus Wins Excellence in People & Workplace Culture Award at Aviation Industry Awards 2025

Aer Lingus secured the Excellence in People & Workplace Culture Award at the Aviation Industry Awards 2025 last year, celebrated for its groundbreaking all-female A330 flight, which carried 300 career guidance counselors across Ireland.

The initiative concluded with a dynamic careers fair in the Dublin hangar, where every role, from pilot to CEO, was held by women, powerfully showcasing female talent and inspiring the next generation of aviation professionals.
