Urban drone logistics expansion continues to face planning challenges as Manna’s proposed Dundrum hub encounters delays over noise and biodiversity assessments. More than 215 stakeholder submissions—including local institutions and residents—have prompted Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council to request additional operational data. The company is engaging with planners to present detailed flight path modelling, biodiversity mitigation strategies, and compliance frameworks.
