MacroAsia Corporation (MAC), part of the Philippine-based Lucio Tan Group, is investing ₱400 million (€5.8million) to construct a new six-story headquarters for its majority-owned subsidiary, MacroAsia Airport Services Corp. (MASCORP), dedicated to aviation services operations.

The facility, located along Sunrise Street, Barangay Tambo, Parañaque City, will consolidate administrative, operational, and executive offices for MAC’s aviation services units while also housing a shared services centre to support group-wide functions.

Once operational, it will enhance MASCORP’s capacity to support operations at the country’s main gateway, Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), and provide office space for third-party leasing, creating potential long-term revenue opportunities.

Construction began on January 16, 2026, and is expected to be completed by March 2027. The project will be funded through a bank financing facility with Security Bank Corporation.

In a related development, MacroAsia’s catering subsidiary, MacroAsia SATS Food Industries Corp. (MSFI), a joint venture with SATS Ltd. of Singapore (67:33), is investing ₱1.2 billion (€17.4 million) to expand cold storage and commissary capacity in Sucat, Muntinlupa City. The facility will increase production to 90,000 meals per day, enhancing service for institutional clients and strengthening operational scalability, food safety, and efficiency.

The new aviation headquarters and food production expansion demonstrate MacroAsia’s focus on supporting growing demand in the Philippines’ aviation sector and related services. By consolidating operations and investing in modern infrastructure, the company is positioning itself for long-term operational efficiency and sustainable business growth.

The investments reflect a strategic approach to scale aviation services, enhance support for airline operations, and develop revenue-generating infrastructure within the country’s busiest airport.
