
Malaysia Airlines Group accelerates growth plans with new routes, new A330neos
Malaysia Airlines Group has unveiled significant enhancements to its network and product offering, which the carrier says will “reinforce the Group’s growth strategy and commitment to delivering greater connectivity and elevated travel experiences across its airlines.” The Group includes Malaysia Airlines itself as well as regional operator Firefly.
As part of the new plan, the Kuala Lumpur-based carriers will add several new routes, add frequencies, and introduce a new innovative onboard in-flight dining experience. The airline says it is “continuing to build momentum as it strengthens its regional presence while charting Malaysia Airlines’ journey towards becoming one of the world’s Top 10 global airlines by 2030.”
